PENSACOLA’S FOO FOO FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES $500,000 GRANT POOL FOR TWELFTH YEAR, OCTOBER 30 – NOVEMBER 10, 2025

Letters of Intent to Apply for a 2025 Foo Foo Festival Grant Due March 14, 2025

PENSACOLA, FLA. (FEBRUARY 10, 2025) – Today, the Pensacola Foo Foo Festival Committee officially announced its plans for its twelfth year of events, scheduled for October 30, 2025 – November 10, 2025. At this morning’s kickoff presentation, the Foo Foo Festival Committee shared this year’s grant application process and funding structure that will be implemented for this year’s happenings. In 2024, Foo Foo Fest celebrated its eleventh iteration, featuring 13 grant recipients backed by nearly $500,000 in grant funding.

In 2025, the Pensacola Foo Foo Festival will once again fund top-scoring grant applicants, with the number of grants to be awarded contingent upon the number of submissions. The Foo Foo Festival Committee will award up to $500,000 in grant funding and grant applicants can apply for up to $100,000 in grant funding per event. All organizations, businesses, and community partners are also encouraged to submit their various events (occurring October 30, 2025, through November 10, 2025) for consideration to become a “Friend of Foo,” receiving visibility as part of the regional marketing campaign and throughout the 12-day series of events.

Organizations interested in applying for a Foo Foo Fest grant must submit a letter of intent by Friday, March 14, 2025, at Noon CT. • Friday, March 14, 2025 – Foo Foo Fest Organization Letter of Intent Deadline (Noon CT)

• Friday, April 11, 2025 – Foo Foo Fest Grant Applications Open

• Friday, April 25, 2025 – Foo Foo Fest Grant Application Deadline (Noon CT)

• Wednesday, May 21, 2025 – Public Grant Scoring and Announcement
