Sandy Key is a quiet, family-friendly beach front complex located at Perdido Key, FL (between Pensacola and Orange Beach) directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The sugar white sand beaches have been ranked one of the top 5 beaches by Conde Nast and one of the top ten beaches in the United States by the “Atlanta Journal Constitution.” Away from the crowds, this complex is located directly on Perdido Beach and is just a few minutes’ walk to the Gulf Islands National Seashore. The island is 69% protected Federal and State shoreline and parks. Sandy Key has maintained its charm and atmosphere while receiving a top to bottom rejuvenation in 2007.

Each beachfront unit features unobstructed views of stunning sunrises and sunsets and overlooks both pools (one heated) and 720 feet of beach (This complex has the lowest density beach front on the Gulf coast).  The beautifully landscaped grounds are complete with 4 outdoor stainless steel grills with picnic area, private boardwalks to the beach, dedicated beach access, hot tub, lighted tennis courts and a relaxing sitting area with gorgeous views of the ocean.
